and i'd like to add, on pavements too, my dad laughed at this guy riding with no hands on the handlebars and looking like he'd just stolen it off a child. Maybe they cant afford mans mountain bikes and have to pinch innocent childrens.

because the type of bike they are on, they dont ride mountine bikes because that wouldnt be 'cool' so they have them bikes like monguses (i dont know what they are called) and i dnt think they come in a bigger size
thats what i think anyways

Because nine times out of ten they've stolen them from a small kid. They haven't got the balls to try and steal one from an adult.
