Most admired:
1) City Hall of Mandaluyong - for a couple of years, my transactions went on smoothly without giving anything.
2) SSS-Head Office - very accomodating and very fast in solving problems.
3) Pag-Ibig (Atrium, Makati) - same as number 2 reason.
Least.
1) BIR - SOME personnel are really crocodiles. (buwaya)
2) Military - SOME do not practice the civilian supremacy anymore.
3) SSS-Mandaluyong - SOME employees are really lousy in solving things.

i admire the NSO and NBI for coming up with a better system in processing our documents. you no longer have to wait for ages to acquire a new NBI certificate and it only takes two days to acquire certificates from the NSO personally but if done over the phone, it usually takes about three to five working days. not bad, thinking 'bout the hassle one could get through..
i think they should be commended for that since they are the ones processing our vital documents.
as for the least..
there's the office of the president and
the supreme court for always coming up with wrong decisions.

MOST ADMIRED:
The MMDA because of Bayani Fernando.
The Municipal Office of Marikina - because his wife runs it.
A certain Legal Section in
Municipality of Marikina - because my lawyer runs it.
THE LEAST ADMIRED:
DECS - Because they can't solve shortage of schools and teachers
DECS- Because they wont increase salaries of teachers to a level at par with private schools
DECS- Because they wont fight for Free Internet/DSL Line that students NEED NOW, not 2morow, nor years after!

basic smple 911 you call and they imedietely answer start to taspe and then 12 min later the po arrives 6 months later tehy have no record on the court report life and desath depend on yourself FIRE AND RESCUE COAST GUARD AND THE C5 TRANSPORT TO IMERIATE NEEDS OF TEH WORLD nothing prejudged til they dont have gthe paper work reliable FRIENDS FAMILY AND YES YOUR PERSONAL SPIRIT GUID4E, I DONT KNOW WORLDLY STUFF just and average JOE THAT believes in saying yes or no
