The bank will recover the amount from your guarantor or your collateral,if any. In case that is not feasible,bank will seek help of the government of that country to recover their money.After all the amount lent to you does not belong to the bank but it is their depositors money and they will spare no efforts to recover it.If the amount involved is a very small amount, the bank at its discretion,may write it off.
