I am making a table to hold an old tv that weighs about 70 lbs. I have the wood but I'm not sure of the design.

It might be that "Blueprints" aren't strictly what you'll find; but more like examples of designs; perhaps exploded views and measurements along with wood species suggestions. Certainly you can alter anything to suit.

A general search in the WWW will likely reveal hundreds of links; but you can start with DIY sites; Home work shows on TV web sites; Books in any HD or Lowes; Library;

The design can be as simple as an open front BOX; even adding shelving; and large enough in its footprint and top to hold your TV and judged "by you" to be at a comfortable viewing height.

Certainly stores like Walmart and Ikea sell GLIT furniture that you might take a design/method from.
