I have to say it depends on how old of a teenager you are. If you are over 18 then it's OK. If you are under 18 then I just don't think it's appropriate.
This is a compromise costume that is OK for a teen or someone older.
Bat girl - Wear a black dress, black nylons and black boots
(if you have them) otherwise black shoes. Get a cheap black plastic headband and make some little bat ears out of cardboard, colour them black and stick them to the headband. Get a long strip of black material and cut out two holes for your eyes for the mask. This will tie around your head. For the belt, if you don't have a yellow one a black one will do.
Make a bat symbol ( for your chest )out of cardboard or paper and draw this picture on this link

buy glittering stuff n stars stick it all over a plane lose cloth and make a pointed hat
dont forget to paint ur face a litle with extra make up powder and more dark under eyes red cheek
get fake long and curly hair too

Devil woman would be, you could wear a bright red top and skirt or pants and heels (unless your walking alot) and a pitched fork. Oh devil horns and a tail would help :P
