At your age, you could perhaps have one before you get in to bed so the next one is slower arriving, if you were 50 or 60 this probably wouldn't work, but as a young man I'm pretty sure you can do it twice in an hour. There are lots of web pages on self-training, but there's no quick fix that I am aware of.

premature ejaculation is a state of mind...
a doctor would likely "abuse" you for that so i dont recommend it....
but if you want a cure, this procedure is 50-90% effective...
first, get a condom...
a condom lessens the sensation you get, and therefore longer periods of, ehem, sex...
second, the mindset....
while your doing the deed, think of anything NOT related to sex, like a dead baby, a tsunami hitting your city or your boss, unless your boss is one sexy mama, grrrr....
anyways, if do that then resume your pace, then you would last longer...
third, consider foreplay...
if you play the right "tune" before actually doing it , the girl will "come" way before you do...
fourth, practice....
practice with or without a partner...
remember practice makes perfect...

They cannot do anything.They will advise you to have confidence.PE in more than 90 percent cases is due to lack of confidence in satisfying women or tension or fears.Prostate problem may another cause.
A herbal remedy CONFIDO(Himalaya Drugs) is effective in control of PE to some extent.

he will probably want to stick his finger up your bum ; doctors love to do this when you say you have a sexual problem. I am not quite sure what it is supposed to achieve but you never go back there again, so I suppose they think it must have helped !.

well first relax youself during sex try this for couple of months if it still wont work than go and see your GP to give you medications but its nothing to worry about its Normal

Probably suggest you use a desensitizing creme.
That will help delay your ejaculation & prolong sex.
