Its mind WITHIN matter. That mind over matter idea is twisted. Mind is within all matter, and matter flows out from mind.

Life is not more difficult than it needs to be. It is what it is. How you see it is up to you (and your mind).

I don't understand the last half of your question but as to why people make life more difficult...I will never know!!!

I think it's insane for people to act that way. And yes, it's all mind over matter. You can overcome anything you set your mind to, God willing.

If you have the courage of your convictions, you can set things right, even if that means some things will never be the same again.

You can overcome fear by confronting it. That doesn't mean you will be fearless in the process, it just means by facing it, you've put it in the back seat, nice and buckled up, where it can come for the ride but not take the role of being the driver.

Life is moving forward with the hand you've been dealt and doing the best with it. It is after all your life, and the choice is up to you whether you are going to be the driver or the passenger.

i would say so; you could practically create the life you want by simply thinking about it. if you think that you could do it and think hard enough, whatever you wish may actually come true one way or the other.

as for your second question, it's not a matter of making life difficult that it should be; it's the mindset of people thinking that they have a difficult life, thus making their lives more difficult than it should be. the mind is powerful enough to make things happen.

i really don't understand the last part of your question, though...
