the router is working fine but the card i have plugged into my desktop wont work. i look in the back and the act light is flashing but the power light is off. i have tried to change diffrent slots on the motherboard and nothing changes. wizard tries to look for the software for me and it always comes up with nothing. someone please help me

Did you follow the instructions to correctly install the driver for the card? Did the card even come with a driver disc? If not, try to install the driver, and if you don't have the dirver, google search the card's company then put drivers at the end of it, for example, 'Linksys Drivers' something will come up on the first page, usually.

Didn't your PCI WiFi card come with a disk? If No, go to the manufacturer's website to get the driver.
