Baguio Mile Hi Inn is on 30% discount on weekdays. I was just there last weekend and saw the huge sign about the offer.
And where is Mile Hi? It is inside John Hay, and located underneath the walkway when you are in the commissary, the restaurant and gifts section of John Hay. To me, it is the best cheap accommodation in Baguio, because it is located within the best part of Baguio and yet it is so inexpensive.

all hotel in baguio city is cheap. but watch out for pick pocket

harisson inn along harisson road(i think it's around 500-600php), princess apartelle (4427261, 4427509, 4456630) along upper session(i'm not sure on their rates) , baguio forest inn along legarda road (they have 600php per day promo), , baguio holiday villa court (4426679) along legarda road , bingo villa (4456700) along hamada subdivision, ,those are the cheap inns i know in baguio, , , ,some have cheaper rates but i would not recommend it because those have low qualities, ,
