If you cant find it on the toshiba website. driverguide.com provide wide range of old and new device drivers.

THE Recovery Disk image is on the hard drive.

Read The Friendly Manual (RTFM) for your Toshiba and follow the instructions to create your disk and then, follow the “How To's” to the letter to Restore the OS.
