I live in an apartment complex and for over five years I have been working on my car on church property across the street
and everybody in the apartment complex knows it even the preacher knows it and the other day somebody called the cops
and told them that I was working on my car behind the church
I think it was a crazy ***** that I stopped talking to and she did it for spite . can anything be done to her if she makes a call like that knowing that I have permission to work on my car in that place . Is that a false police report or something ?

Tolerance was no longer applicable when the complainant commence an action for a violation. Thus, the report is valid because the wrongdoing is a continuing act.

nothing can be done to her cause she did not do anything wrong, you on the other hand can have something done to you.all thye police can see is that you are on the church property. they can cite you or just make you leave until you get written permission from the church.talk to the preacher and get it in writing.if not the police will make you leave each time they see you.

While it may have been a spiteful thing, it was not a false police report. There's no way to prove she did not know you had permission.
