right now, the answer is clearly NO (otherwise we would have heard about it by now). but since evolution is a continuous process, perhaps in the future we will be able to experience higher dimensions.
there are a few, however, who beleive that DEATH brings our existence to a higher level...but that's a whole new topic altogether.

No, our brains have 3 dimensions (well not including time but thats not what you mean) and because of that we're simply not equipped to perceive higher dimensions, though you can't visualise them you can tell what sort of properties they'd have simply through analogy 'flatland' by Abbot is the classic work and you might like 'hyperspace' by Kaku.
Just as you can perceive an unfolded cube - it looks like a crucifix in two dimensions, you can see an unfolded hypercube - its a kind of 3 dimensional cross called a tesseract. You can also go to sites which show what the shadow of a hypercube would look like as the hypercube rotated through the 4th dimension.

Space is expressed as the distance between two points.Time expresses what happens between these two points.
The HUman mind has the capability to map out space and record it in its memory. Hence it can remenber location as well as the time to reach that loctation.
It can therefore trace location in a volume and determine time.
Space had the dimension of a vector.
Volume has dimension of a the product of three vectors.
Time is a quantity that depends on the pressure of the volume of the substance contained in that volume.
Therefore ,,there must exist in the Human Brain an entity that is different from what we call mass structure. Hence it has a dimension which enables Humans to comunicate with our Creator. This would be called the Higher dimension. And since we cannot pin point it scientifically we cannot attribute any inherent charactieristics
Only our Creator would know what makes up the living Souls that He Created.

I can visualize a four-dimensional space in a very limited way. I once met an Australian mathematician who was able to prove very complicated theorems in four-dimensions intuitively, which indicated that he had a much clearer vision of them than I do. Given that, I'd have to say yes to the fourth dimension.
As for higher dimensions - I have no clue how to visualize anything above four, and I've never met anyone who could. I'm not willing to say it's impossible, but it's at best a very rare talent.

The fourth dimention is simply time....something which is on the threshold of our visualisation capabilities. However, There was some Indian mathematician (Ramanujan. I think), who claimed to have dreamt the string theory in 11 dimentions in his sleep. A right laugh, that

Perhaps, but first it would have to define them.
