The dynasty of the Sisodias of Mewar in Udaipur, India claim to be the longest ruling dynasty in the world.

The dynasty was found in AD144 and still hold royal titles today, making a continual ruling dynasty of 1863 years and counting.

I think this far out-stretches any dynasty from China or Egypt. Roman dynasties were comparatively short-lived.
