Make them give you interest, so the longer they have it the more they have to pay. they will want to pay you back earlier if they are losing from it

Baseball bats do wonders. Large gruff men also work.

STOP LENDING MONEY!!!!!!!!

Once you've had to ask several times, just NEVER! give them any more. If they ask why, tell them straight out. And have a loan agreement paper ready if they persist. Make them sign with witnesses. They take them to court, even if it is only a few bucks.

And 2x4s also work. Like knock some sense into yourself. Get some real friends.

I had that problem with a company director who owed me a lot of money.
Even when my solicitor got involved nothing happened.
I resorted to phoning his house at 3 in the morning, having traced him on the internet.
I also sent faxes and emails to his work stating that he was a fraud and a cheat.
My money is on its way.
Get nasty.
That's what the tax man does.

Co-incident? May be but may be not. This is my major problem which am facing currently.

Am using my lawyer who hired Debt Collector to tackle those who I know they have an ability of paying.

Am giving more time to those who I know having a hard time.

I just right off the debt to those who I think they should be given such a privilege.

Don't loan out any amount that you can't afford to just lose. Take them to court, file the paperwork, have them served, and have them take time off from whatever they are doing and stand in front of a judge looking stupid for borrowing money and not paying it back.

I don't lend people money anymore. I never get paid back. If I help a person out, I treat it as a gift. That way I'm not frustrated or disappointed.

I make a mental note if they ask me for money again I just say no. But it also depends how much they owe me. Unless their a relative I wouldn't loan anyone more the $20.00.
