You don't need advice from Yahoo! Answers members. What you need to do is go and a see a good doctor. Too many painkillers are not good for health and you just can't live on such drugs. So, don't waste time and see a doctor pronto.

Let me enumerate your multiple health problems or complaints:

1) fatigure, tired or weak
2)poor quality of sleep
3) severe back problems
5) hot and cold flushes
6) depression
7) headache and neckaches requiring a lot of analgesia
8) lack of energy
9) Wants to build up immune system

From what I gather from above, you are suffering the typical symptoms of menopause. You should go to GNC and obtain Estroven. It's a natural supplement for those hot and cold flushes. You need to go for a short vacation or just treat yourself to a good massage for your all your aches- back, head and neck.

Investigate the causes for inability to get a good nite's sleep. Avoid drinking coffee and sodas just before slee[ing. Try listening to soothing music to go to sleep[. or read a book. Use a comfortable pillow to avoid neck pains. Make it a habit to go to bed at the same time every night.

If you are slightly overweight, try to lose weight. The extra weight esp central obesity around the abdomen will tend to add pressure to the back to support it.

Drink a lot of fluids and water to remove toxins from your body. Take a lot of vitamins and minerals to build up your immune system.Being fatigue, lack of stamina, poor energy are signs of iron deficiency. therefore , you might be iron deficient. Eat iron -rich foods; which may include spinach, and other green and leafy vegetables.. .Other iron -rich foods are prunes, dates, figs, liver; salmon, mussels, sardines, etc. Iron will increase your energy level; thus make you less fatigue and tired. Take calcium supplements to avoid osteoporosis.

Exercise regularly. even simple walking x 3o min everyday will boost up your level of energy and immune system. Do not use backaches for not exercising. That is a poor excuse..
Initially, if you have to take some painkillers, before you exercise then do it. Eventually, as your energy level improves and your total outlook in life improves, you won't become so dependent on those painkillers. That's a monkey on your back. Hey, some other people are not so fortunate. They are crippled and can not possibly walk.

These are the befits of exercise:

1).increase one's energy levels
2) helps develop a better sleep pattern
3) helps with weight control
4) maintains a healthy heart
5) increases bone and muscle strength
6) decreases depression and fatigue
7) serves to improve self-esteem and self-confidence

For your depression, go out of the house; Try to get out off bed in the morning. Establish contacts with friends, family or neighbors. Cook a special dinner and invite some friends over or a special friend. Go to a movie. If you smoke, quit. Try not to become dependent on alcohol consumption. It will just compound your depression. Do you know that depression and stress might be the cause of all headaches as well as your backaches.

Good Luck.! Hope this ray of hope helps!! .Try meditating. Bring back God in your life.
