Err... t.A.T.u. admitted at least four years ago that they weren't really lesbians. The lesbian thing was just part of the group's image...You could call it a popularity stunt or whatever. However, it was a nice reach for acceptance, so I don't really consider what they did necessarily a bad thing.
A lot of straight people listen to t.A.T.u. because they have a nice sound. Plus, Russian is a pretty exotic language to non-speakers, so obviously it became pretty popular with a lot of people for a while. Not just homosexuals. Nothing wrong with listening to their music if you're heterosexual.

They admitted they were never lesbian... The manager and the girls had said this for selling the CD, and for making it on top.
I've heard that this Tatu's girl was pregnant from a married guy.
What about my opinion about lesbians ? It's a love like an other. We don't have to judge it. I live in France and homophobia is very present. In the french q/a, when you ask about homosexuality, you can be sure you get some bad answers, prejudices, and insults.
About Tatu songs, I love them. The songs are good and they talk about love...
I don't think that all people who listen Tatu should be like gays.

One of them is pregnant because she either slept with a man or went through invitro fertilization. I don't believe Tatu is gay. I read somewhere that it was all an act. I love lesbians! Tatu songs are okay. No, you don't have to be gay to like Tatu.

People mistook tatu is lesbian but as the matter of fact they are bisexual not lesbian. The company that they are in wants to portray them as lesbian couple because of the songs that they have in their album. The producer of their album wants to show what are some of the problems that lesbian are facing with. Not all people that listen to their song are gays. Most of my friend that listen to their songs are straight

Really don't know never heard them.! As far as gays and Lesbians, just like everybody else know some don't like, know some who are good friends. It doesn't bother me one way or the other whether a person is gay/lesbian or not.

the one above me is right!
they only acted lesbian to get the publics attention as it was considered extremely wrong at the time.
and yes, they also admitted to the public that they were both straight n both had boyfriends!
they do have some great songs though!!!
n i'm sure plenty of straights listen to them. i only found out bout them through a music channel. lol
