A small body lift is much better because the suspension geometry will not be affected.

Suspention lift looks better than a body lift. I hate to see that big old gap without having the suspention lifted. Now if you had both suspention & body lift, you'd be lifted. You might get those 35" mounted and cleared too. hehe

4 inch suspention & 3 inch body gives a great lift and resonable too.

If you are only doing a 2 or 3 inch lift I would do a body lift because it is simpler to install. any thing more go with a suspention lift or both.

A body lift is a cheap way to get lift if you only want a couple of inches. A suspension lift is a lot more expensive and more complicated but you can get more lift with one and the offroad capability is a lot better. It will handle differently on the road but most people adjust to the difference pretty easily.
