No - there ar things in place now to stop abuse and it doesn't work. Dishonest peoiple will allways find a way round and the rest of us will just have handed over another piece of privacy for no good reason.

I would like to think so but I am afraid that anyone who wants to cheat the system will find a way.
If they spent half the energy finding ways to cheat the system,on working, we would all be better off.
