I never have returned the cart at the front ... but have never left it at a place where it blocks other cars ... never been in that kinda situation ... but I'm sure you can find a place nearby where you can leave the cart without actually blocking any cars ... just look around !!

If I am close to the store or a cart return stall, I return it, otherwise, I park it next to an island with the front wheels up so it cant roll into cars.

Yes, because I get annoyed when I ride enter the lot and carts are in the way. But at the least, I make sure the cart is clear of the car... imagine riding out of the lot, and the car that happens to slide into your car out of nowhere is the one you didn't return? That would suck dearly. Of course, if one is a parent and like my parents- the answer would be- "No, I have my kids do it!"

I always return it to the rack it goes into. I heard Joyce Meyer talk about integrity and she mentioned putting the grocery cart back as an example.

Yes, I aways return my carts.If there is a place to put your cart in the parking lot ,I will put my cart there.I know some stores hire people to go out and get them.But would you like to go out in the pouring down rain &high winds to gather up carts.Its called respect!

I was told by the store employee, when I first moved to Texas, that I should leave the cart at my parking space, and they would pick it up. I don`t block any other car, or space.

At 1 am in the morning..all bets are off. I work second trick so the lot is looking pretty scarce anyway and you never know what nitwit might encounter. During the day...I do make an effort to park my cart in an appropriate place.

I try to put it back somewhere where it will be out of the way, preferably a cart rack in the parking lot, but if there are dozens of carts all over the lot, it pisses me off, because that tells me the employees and manager don't give a rat's ****.

I usually will take it all the way back into the store if I am shopping alone but I return it to safer places when I am with others.

*I always return the cart to the cart corral! It is a pet peeve of mine to see people leave their shopping cart & then it rolls into a car!!*
