some kind of pasta with beans& corn/ baked potato w/ chicken breast and a piece of texas toast. A side salad w/ a dessert of maybe peaches or blueberries w/ whipped cream........... that's my fav meal to cook for my family.

Camarones al mojo de ajo (I think I spelled it right). Shrimp with an almost creamy garlic sauce where the garlic is coarsely cut. It has to include chicken, carne asada, rice, beans, and tortillas...perfect.
