The Rockies were the team that surprised me in the NL. Never saw them coming. I was pleasantly surprised by the Brewers. Maybe next year for them.

In the AL it was the Indians. I thought for sure the Tigers would win that division.

I definitely agree with the Brewers, Diamondbacks, and Rockies in the NL and the Indians and Mariners in the AL.

The Phillies and Cubs were not a surprise, they just finally lived up to expectations

i say indians in AL bcoz of what theyve accomplished this year and the whole team is full of surprises...from carmona being a starter and a cy young candidate this year after the unsuccessful year as a closer last season... and speaking of closer .... joe borowski was great this year ... another surprise!

for the NL its gotta be the rockies and d-backs.... both teams were predicted in the bottom of the division when the season started.... so much for being the bottom feeder of the NL west

both rockies and baby backs are awesome but i would go with the rockies if they matched up coz of helton and soon-to-be NL MVP matt holiday

Seattle in the AL, they were not even supposed to contend out of opening day, they did well up to early Sept, Clevelans wasnt favored but they were picked to do better than they did in 2006.National League has several;, noticebly the DBacks and Rockies, both were picked as bottom dwellers in the West and kudos to the Nationals..People picked them to loose between 100 and 110 games and they were very respectable given thier circumstances....In the Central the fact that the Cubbies won it and the Brewcrew led a lot of the season were both surprises.

i'm stunned human beings are calling St. Louis a sadness. How nicely could the different team do in the event that they had to patch jointly a beginning pitcher rotation, because of the fact your celebrity pitchers from final 365 days the two left or have been given injury? Their bullpen has stunned me, and putting around .500 is approximately suitable thinking all their pitching woes. additionally, as a Cardinals fan i grew to become into used to listening to how undesirable their checklist grew to become into final 365 days for having gained the international series, yet apparently all of us has forgot approximately that now. anyhow: NL ask your self: numerous the NL West, all communities are doing especially lots thinking how the branch regarded the final couple years (maximum = all of us minus the Giants) NL sadness: Braves, somewhat above .500 and infrequently in opposition for a playoff spot, that team has seen extra powerful days AL ask your self: probable the Indians, The AL powerful has been a conflict the previous couple of years, yet i'm happy to work out the Indians returned on fantastic AL sadness: not sure who to % right here, yet i think i'm going to flow with the A's. i could have figured they could have been above .500 on the top of the season (which they could nevertheless do), yet they are not in opposition for a playoff spot NL sadness:
