So I was kindda wondering if Smartness is INVERSELY propotional to Beauty ???
What am tryin to say is, why there is no chicks in my calculus or physics class? and there r bunch of hot chicks in my English or Art class...

pumpkinnerd: well of course there r exception in everythin, in this case i assume u guys gonna think more in general overview of the statement i made than concentrate on exceptions, which is always fun to talk about exceptions...

If you are so "smart" how come you can't type proper grammatical ENGLISH?
Looks are superficial and if that is how you judge someone you must be very shallow...
Maybe females just find physics and calculus BORING and don't want to study it.....
What do you mean "smartness" anyway? That isn't grammatically correct. Smart is to do with appearance, as in not shabby. If you mean intellect and intelligence then say that. And who has the right to say who or what is beautiful anyway?
If there are any "hot chicks" I suggest you cool them down with bucket of cold water poor things! That term in itself is moronic, sexist and derogatory as well as judgemental.

Although this thought is quite prominent among people specially in social and intellectual context, I honesty dont think this neccessarily true. Unless of course you define normal acceptence as true.
It's more like, where ever the girl is more inclined to. Some girls spend more time and resources on physical aspects, just as some girls are more adept to furthering their education, if not simply more interested in books and studies, etc.
Although, im sure more girls who are intellectually superior would also rather be physically pretty too ( consciously or unconsciously) than beautiful girls to honestly exert so much effort to be exceptionally bright ones. This may be because, not all people really needs to be Einstein to be socially capable.
Beauty may be a more prominent starter, but intellect sustains.

No. People think that beautiful women are dumb and stupid because most of them spend their time doing their, hair and make up. But smart women seem to spend most of their time in books and not worrying about how they look. But you do get the other women who read and do well in academics as well as looking nice and spending time to make sure they look nice. But for the other women, if you look close enough you'll see that the smart ones have a beauty that can be so rare. And the beautiful ones can have an intellect that no one else can have. Look close and you shall see beauty and intellect beyond your dreams.

the word inversely means opposite and it is adjectives and inverses is a noun
well have you ever thought that maybe females do not like calculus or physics. maybe they do not see any meaningful out come from those subject.
and in another hand they love English and Art. because maybe with these two subjects they can appreciate the ways of life.
why would any one try to compare beauty and smartness
together. each of them have there own place and its meanings separately.

thats wrong. infact there was a research done by some oxford professor which showed how smart people tend to be better than average looking. it happen like this: the more smart you are , the more likely you are to make money, the more likely you are to make money the more likely you are to marry a beautiful person, and intelligence and beauty being partially genitically determined you tend to have a meeting of beauty and smartness traits.
but as there is a very small percentage of very beautiful and very smart people, despite the strong co-relation between beauty and brains it remains a rare combination

Look...there are plenty exceptions to this stereotype from where i went to school
of course this question also depends on your definition and ideal of smart and beautiful...
but if smartness and beauty and inversely proportional...can I assume that because you're in Calculus and Physics that you are also unattractive?

Unfortunately that seems to be generally true with due exceptions proving the rule... however, I do not align with your definition of smartness as inclusive of Physics and Maths and exclusive of Art and Literature.

and physics in high school,
I did, but I am not saying
I am hot.lol I was in a college prep
program, so they were transferable
credits.

It's an evolutionary principle.
Beautiful females don't have to exercise their intellect to procreate. Men give them enough offers.
Females whom males dont want for their looks, have to figure out a way to procreate and perhaps provide for themselves and their offsprings.
Most people want money. Beautiful female gets money easily from a rich male. How would an ugly female get the money? On her own....
It's true... mostly.
