I saw something about this on doctor Phil recently, apparently the only way you can do it is by being in the puberty stage and taking testosterome. If you are an adult the only way is an operation but you only gain like an inch at the most

You either have it big or have it. A very very small change is possible, but it's not worth it. Only regular exercises keeps it functionally good, anything other than that is completely bogus. Yes temporarily it is possible to get to stretch as needed, but that's for invalids in one form or other, but the flip side is permanent repair of something else decided by god! Only need to worry if you are a stud and it's not up to mark. The solution to this is to cease to be a stud.

From my experience pills and sprays just dont work . You shodl try out an andor extender.. Thats what i used after trying all the pills and sprays out there.
i got mine from www.secretenhancer.com they have a lto of good information there.
