Yes they are. There is no doubt about that.
Put it in a different way, Aussies are the best team in the world.
Indians are deserved world champion in the twenty20 format & the Aussies are the deserved world champions in the test & 50-50 format.
The number 1 team is Australia.
You can't say that Indians were 'FAKE' world champions in twenty20. They defeated the best to win it.

hi no doubt oz are world champions in all terms.Aussies are a perfect and balance team in every format of game.main strength of Aussie is they don't depend on one or two particular players they preform totally in a unit.there is example here on going odi series against India the last two odi when they loose early wickets but still maintain 300+ runs that show Aussie is real world champions.

The reason behind that is they r professional in approach from the root level there domestic cricket is one of the best and training methods are modern.
they having good bunch of players and the best part is they are not deppendent on one or two players like other team.
