Medium Rare is how I like my steak. I also have both of my adopted sons (grandsons) eating theirs the same way. :o) When we go out to a steak house, it is easy to order. We don't even use a menu, normally, because we go to the same place. We order (3) 8 oz. Sirloin Steaks, med. rare, baked potatoes, loaded with extra butter and sour cream, salad with Ranch Dressing and bring on the hot rolls with the honey butter. Please keep the rolls and butter coming. :o)

I like my steak rare. Just browned on both sides with the inside still mostly pink. Cook steak too much and you cook out all the taste and most of the nutrients. I eat it with a knife and fork.

Well last time I was at a steak house called steakhouse and it was called a steak house because it was a house where they cook steaks and then they put the words together without spaces and then they named it steakhouse not steak house and it was a great house because it served steaks and steaks are good in a house and a house is good with steaks and the steaks are high when there are no steaks. It was a good day.

Medium rare. I like to eat it with anything other than potatoes and rice...I have carbohydrates intolerance (hypoglycemia)...and it sucks, but at home I make really good sauteed mushrooms, eggplant, red bell peppers in olive oil and other vegetables that are not necessarily boring.

I like my steak well done & i have veges or salad with it & sometimes eggs & chips is very nice or just now & then as a burger & now you have made me hungry!!
