What is racism? I think it’s simply an economically driven phenomenon. If the other races present are in number, enough to influence the economy of that country, intolerance (read it racism) is bound to be there.

It reaches deeper, It's when a person hates or dislikes a person because of the color of their skin or race. Economically it brings it out of it's hidden form.

People get tired of things so they use minorities or races as a scapegoat for their problems. When really, they are the source. People used to think other races were less evolved or inferior but science has disproved that theory.

The black African (including in diaspora) has been told (in word and action) that his race is inferior. This is racism. Many Africans today believe they belong to an inferior race. This is racism too.
A liberated mind considers self as a human being to be of most importance, more important than sex, nationality, race, etc.
