which would you rather be??

Question

Tall (over 6"8) or short (under 5"8)??

And please don't tell me "in the middle"...I would like to know what people would pick if these two were the only choices?
Its really important and also if you can state why did you pick that, i would so appreciate. Thanks a million!! :-)

It depends on gender. I'm a girl (ignore the avatar), so I personally would want to be under 5'8 because a) it's easier to find guys who are taller (all girls want their beaus to be taller) b) I feel more feminine being petite c) it's easier to find clothes that fit (you can always hem them if they're too long) d) most women are under 5'8 (anything taller is a little freakish)

But since you're a boy, I'd say that if I were a guy, I'd want to be over 6'8. Wait!! No. I take that back. I would rather be under 5'8. a) Women nowadays are under 5'5 so it's not hard to find someone who's shorter than you, b) I'd be non-threatening, c) it's easier to find clothes that fit (again, the hemming), d) the average height for a man is 5'9, so I won't deviate that much from the norm, e) there are lots of successful men who are 5'8 so you can forget that crap about height making you more powerful.

I'm 5'10"

I think I'd go shorter. My impression is tall people don't live as long & typically have more back problems.

And while a little height might help you with the ladies. Say 6'2" to 6'4" - 6'10" is starting to get a bit freakish.

Also I like petite women. So being 6'10" whould create a physical ackwardness.

Also as an engineer, height has no impact on my profession.

If I were a footballplayer or a boxer maybe. (Though I would regard both of these as bad career choices) Even if I were a soildier, I'd still go with 5'8". Never hurts to be a smaller target.

so I'd choose "short".....(cause I am under
5'8") (and it's not so bad)

if I was a guy, I would want to be tall....
i could play basketball or reach in high places.

Given your options, it's an easy choice. I'm 5'7" and am not considered "short", but average. I'd definitely rather be 5'7" than 6'9". If you'd change the options... would I rather be 5'0" or 6'8", then I'd rather by 6'8".
