Are most people ashamed of who they are?

I use my photo because I hate the idea of spouting off without people knowing who's doing the spouting.

I am absolutely not ashamed of who I am. I use the fake one provided on my yahoo page. Why not my picture, probably because my digital camera crooked and I'm to cheap to buy a new one. Sure I have done things in my life to be ashamed of but that's the past and I have made my amends. I love who I am.

You mean the avatars? Some people wish to remain anonymous on the Internet, some have insecurity issues or something else. My current avatar is because I wuv the Dew.

They're afraid someone's going to find them and beat their butts for the crap they talk on here, I suppose. Some people are just idiots, I suppose which is why they use outlandish avatars, then some people are afraid their bf/gfs are going to see them on here asking about a strange odor/discharge down there....

I would have to take a picture of me and upload it. I only have pictures of other people.
I don't know how to upload them to Yahoo I accidentally found the avatars so picked one that looked kinda like me.
