I have only had a clear discharge. I didn't get the usual creamy stretchy thick mucus as usual. Does this mean I didn't ovulate? It was just clear and not sticky, but slippery. AI am having light cramps and the discharge hasn't gone away. I am due for my period around the 12th.

Slippery, watery cervical mucous is considered fertile quality. The stretchy, egg white kind is the most fertile, but the watery kind is only a notch below that.

I would say you're fertile for as long as you have it.

Good luck.

Get busy BD'ing right away. :) It sounds like you are still ovulating. Clear and slippery is still a sign of fertile CM and some light cramping is also a sign of ovulation. All women do not ovulate on day 14. There are lots who ovulate earlier or later then that. Good luck to you if you are ttc and much baby dust. :)

All i understand is that your temp would be very slightly greater while your ovulating, and that your generic discharge could get thicker. That grow to be how I knew and now I even have 2 young ones.
