I really don't believe that any president has since the early 1900's. It's really unbelievable that since the revolution we've went from a country that truly believed in it's government, to the civil war when half of the nation felt betrayed for having its states rights violated, to a nation that now blames the traitors for taking away our civil rights. We should really look at ourselves for empowering the bastards. We should look for a candidate who really takes the constitution and every part of our form of government seriously. But in answer to the question, look to a quote from dubyah himself. He is VIDEOTAPED as saying that the constitution is just a "God-damned piece of paper"!!!

No, he hasn't upheld his oath. He has DESTROYED the Constitution by the bills he has signed. The second he called the Constitution a God Dam piece of paper he betrayed his oath and committed an impeachable offense.

NO! He has signed a multitude of executive orders that are unconstitutional! He also has pushed through legislation that ignores the constitution as well!
For those in the military or law enforcement that promise to honor the Constitution and protect the U.S. from ALL enemies, foreign AND DOMESTIC, he should be public enemy number 1. As a matter of fact, according to WE THE PEOPLE he is. All of you Bush supporters out there may not agree (and that is your right, God bless you and the first amendment) HOWEVER with his ultra low approval rating I would say the majority of the people can't wait until he's out of office. That's democracy at its finest.

For the most part. He has refused to secure the borders and his new tone doesn't really defend the Constitution from its actual threat.

Yes I do, very much so. The main thing (other than his speaking abilities) that people attack about him is that he decided we should go to war. Now tell me please, how would it've been a good thing for us to have gone to war? I mean, we were freaking bombed out of nowhere, what were we supposed to do, go tell on them?If hadn't done anything,it would've happened again and people would be mad that we weren't doing anything about it. It's like if someone just randomly came up and punched you in the face, and you just stood there looking stupid, it's gonna happen again and agin utill that random person comes up and shoots you knowing that you won't do anything to stop them. We had to go to war to protect oursevles and to keep that kinda crap from happening again. And as for the troops still being there, well as we're not really fighting, we've done a lot of reform over there and if we just rip the troops out now, everything we've done will fall apart and it all would be a waste and we'd be attacked badly in a very short amount of time. What needs to done is when the time is right, slowly begin to take troops out and see how it goes and just do that until everything there is done and the troops are gone and it's all holding steady, but wait, that's yet another good thing he's doing isn't it? Yet another example of him protecting this country, and he's doing it well, being sure that the next president can't just rip them out, because he knows what'll happen if we do. So yes, I really think he's lived up to his oath.
