This is a telemarketing job. You will be on the phone all day trying to convince people to give money to charity.
I think you'd be happier working as a volunteer in a hospital or perhaps a daycare where you can actually interact with kids.

I would be skeptical of this being a legitimate job offer. There have been a lot of scams with international ads and I would really check out with American Embassy in the country the ad was written in.

No because I'm kinda shy myself but I think you'll do fine. I've had a job where I had to talk to people and even be face to face but I did good.

Eh, I would think a call center would not be very fulfilling. Not to mention how rude some people can be to a telemarketer.
