why are so many people here just completely rude and arrogant. i treat people well until they prove to me they don't deserve it and then i usually still treat them better then i ought to. i dont understand what it is about some people that makes them feel like its OK to be so horrible to other people.

Please. If you stopped looking at all Americans this way then you might see the Americans that are nice and considerate of you. Don't paint us all with the same brush and stroke.

i'll agree that there are alot of rude, brash and thoughtless people here, but there are also alot of really good people that live in America.
Have you ever been out of the USA? ...
Lots of people in other countries can be just as rude on a bad day. That's human nature, some people are happy, and some people are not.
