I mean, just like people have a 'comfort food', do you have a movie that makes you feel all 'comfy and cozy'? And of course, it's even better when you're eating your favorite 'comfort food' in your most comfortable place, while watching one of your 'comfort' movies.

I'm watching 'Bachelor in Paradise' (1961) and eating pepperoni pizza. If only my bedroom were clean, and I had a TV in there....life would be good.

Maybe I am older, but The Sound of Music always takes me out of myself. I also love any movie with dancing in it.

Yes. The Breakfast Club, Pretty in Pink, anything w/ the Brat Pack...also Some Kind of Wonderful. Those types of films make me smile and I never get tired of watching them...

The Princess Bride is always good.
I was also highly amused by the Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy, but especially the first one. I love the witty banter.
