I'm going on my first plane trip tomarrow, any advice?
and yes I know there are better categorys for this i just trust P&Sers better

I am right there with you. I HATE flying...anytime I fly, I get a Rx of valium from my doctor...I take 1 pill and it's enough to knock me out for most of a 3 hour flight. That's how I choose to deal with it.
If you don't do the pill thing, just take some music w/ you and try to relax...think about your destination (hopefully it's a fun one)...and just think...all us P&Sers will be holding your hand (in spirit) tomorrow. Have a safe and wonderful trip!!!

my friend is doing the same thing on Thursday
she got 3 pills from her Dr
i told her just to relax and maybe have a drink before she goes to the airport
just think of all the fun you will have when you get where ever you are going

I took Dramamine for motion sickess just before boarding. It relaxed me at once. I basically slept from from CA to TN. I missed the movie, but ask me if I cared. I know you'll do fine!

well i hate to fly but the takeoff is really fun! have a glass of wine (or 2) before you get on the plane! sit in the front of the plane also!

Don't be afraid..take a crossword puzzle book or iPod or just something to keep you busy while in the air. You'll be fine.

It's honestly no big deal. Bring some magazines etc. Nothing going on.
