Yeah the major point is being illitrates because some of the educated people take beliefs as nothing, but some who has never went to school some daydo believe in culturals so much.
Aciently there was no education and every thing to happen would be seen by symbols (beliefs) but aparently some people are not involved due to the skills acquired while in school. And its the reason why grands now days insist that there is moral degeneration.

It all boils down to political power. Allot of people blame the leader of the country but they fail to see how they got there and what they have had to do to servive when all is taken off them. You see this world is run by just a few people who create havic deliberitley so they can make off it and they dont care who is killed or hurt in the making of it. Peoples mind thought is created by them. But at the other hand its not what is really happening. Thats why we dont quite understand why there are so mant riches and so many dying of starvation. Thas not right is it, so they are confusing and minipulating us so we cant work it out. If you do and do something about it you are dead. They use all social systems to doit, like schools religion, army, polic, courts, churches. Social control. The countries that are deprived of things are mostly in the way and they dont have much to offer to the ones at the top. You see, they even go as far to say that global warming is getting bad but its just another way to bring us to where they want us. Back to your question though, education is a down full, and does hold back people, and the religion to cover that blinds people from what is possible sometomes. What ever the answer, its not the true story, universities control what they want you to believe race, cultures, sex, gender, are all labels, they have no meaning. We are one and we live under the sun.

The government is working on the problem now, and it I am sure will be resolved soon. In the meantime, if one cannot afford to pay, we have schools provide by the mosque. Now if that somehow is view in a negative way, you must understand that the Islamic faith here is peaceful, and some of the most wonderful, intelligent persons I have ever met, are the leaders, Well educated themselves, and futuristic thinkers.
To answer your question, yes I do believe that lack of education is the greatest of, and the cause of many of man's problems.

Yes. A low level of education exacerbates ignorance. Most people are tied to their folk beliefs simply because there has been no opportunity for them to know what the truth is as can be learned through research and experiment.

NO!!! it's from the lack of any real support from the rest of the world to help them. Education isn't a priority when you don't know where you're next meal is coming from. When you don't have enough food to feed you children because of the LACK of food available do you really think that you'd be worried about your lack of education???? There are more important things than education when there's no where to grow food because your world's been shot to Hell because of civil war.
