If Smush Parker starts for the Heat this year, he's no doubt the worst starter in the NBA.

Reggie Evans of the Philadelphia 76ers. He averaged about 5.0 points per game last year and has a career average of 4.3. He is a nice player to have on your team, but one of, if not THE least valuable players in a starting lineup this year.

Not sure if he's a starter, but he might be, I dunno his name, but he looks like side-show-Bob from the Simpsons, he plays for the Cavs, and has that giant head of hair. And they say he's looking for a new deal worth about 11 mill?? YIKES!!
