Well yes, if you can boot from a CD or USB. But that will require hacking into the computer password file and reseting the administrator password (which is extremely easy on Windows). Otherwise, not really.

Nope unless you can reboot and get in as administrator.

Not if the administrator blocked it. Only he/she can unblock or enable it for you......

how old are you? do u share this computer with ur family ,if so do they have where u cant change anything?
