It is a honda lawn mower with no primer just a choke switch lever and there is a stop switch (kill button)

Depending on the motor used, it could be a different sequence. But generally, engage the choke, make sure you've got your ignition on, and yank the start cord extremely fast & hard. That should be basically it, give or take the ignition (some just require engaging the choke and pulling the cord).

switch the fuel tap to the on position.place the choke so its shut.have alook under the carb.you see a small pin with aspring on it.push it up petrol will start to run out.then pull the starting cord.watch the exhaust for smoke.it should fire up .let it run for a second or two.turn off the choke.

ensure fuel is sufficient and turned on, put throttle to start, engage choke to full, turn ignition on, pull starter cord. when it starts reduce choke slowly and put more throttle into it.
