Ok I post a question a while back about getting a devorce with my husband because I found Kid P*orn on his hard drive/MYBOOK and we have a two year old daughter so right now I don't want him near her when he comes home from over seas in November.
I just want to know what my chances are with something like that? Thank you for your time.

you should be able to get one fairly quickly, certainly before he gets home, but if you didn't already delete that, keep it for ammunition for the divorce and visitation rights. If you deleted it, see if it is still in the trash so that you can make a copy of it on disk Good luck with the divorce!!
