Dallas hasn't won a Super Bowl since 1996, yet they have been one of the most popular teams since 1998. Packer fans are also consistently popular. I always felt that Dallas has more bandwagon fans than any other team, yet apparently they have been popular consistently.

There are teams that have won super bowls and then disappear from the playoffs forever, the Cowboys have always rebounded and made it back, even when they have gone 1-15,Cowboys fans know that no matter how bad the Cowboys might be one year, they manage to make it back,

Although there are bandwagon fans everywhere, Dallas has some of the most loyal fans all over the world. I for one stuck with them as millions did through the "bad years". You either love them or hate them...I also have great respect for the Cleavland Brown fans, anyone that would sue to keep the name and history of their team at home is alright in my book. The Packer fans are awesome too, Lambeau field in the dead of winter, you gotta be dedicated.

I was a Packer fan before they won the Super Bowl, but I have to say if they're like me they were fans before, and true fans don't stop being a fans when they get into huge slumps.

It's easy. Stable franchises with a consistent marketing message will always be the most popular.

Green Bay and Pittsburgh go through whole decades with losing records, yet they expand their fan base exponentially every 7 years or so.

It's not all about who's winning. It's about who can earn your respect so that you want to root for them to win.

Probably 'cause they were winning for so many years. They were without a doubt one of the few teams that could hang with the AFC, when the others couldn't. They were the first team to have cheerleaders also. Hey, they're America's team!

there are a lot of bandwagon fans (that's part of being America's team) but for those of us that went to games in 89 when they were 1-15 we were, are and always will be here, regardless
