Yes, before the man ejaculates a little bit of semen, called pre-ejaculatory fluid, is released from his penis for lubrication. This fluid does contain sperm and can and will get you pregnant.
Also, when he pulls out and ejacualtes onto the outside of your vagina it is very possible that some of his semen will find its way inside your vagina and his sperm can swim to the egg and you can get pregnant.

yep....sperm are determined lil buggers. You can also get any number of STD's including HIV/AIDS...so its best to use protection.
