divorce, at first I was devestated, now I look at it as the best money I ever spent.

I think it could be both, either or neither. There are so many variables that could make a big difference in how you look at the situation. If the divorce was bitter and violent, then it could feel like the end of the world. But if the parties were friendly, then it could be just a transition into a new phase of their life. I think it would be much harder to develop new relationships if the marriage was traumatic.

It all depends on the circumstances involved in the relationship that ended the marriage. However, it should definitely should not be the end of the world. Even if it comes under horrible circumstances, make the best of it. Pick yourself up and move forward into the next chapter of life. And realize that this individual has probably done you a huge favor by not wasting anymore of your time. Life is far to short to sit around grieving the loss of someone who obviously did not deserve you in the first place. I would make it the beginning of a new life.... Life is all about choices. Sometimes they are forced upon us, we have to make the best of it. Smiles... Good luck and God bless****

Both. It is the end of the world as you know it and it is the beginning of a new life. Some look at this as a bad thing and some are excited about the possibilities that lie in their future and see it as a good thing. It is all in how you look at it.

Divorce sucks, I can tell you firsthand. But I would say the beginning of a new life. Let the old go as much as you can and try to start over fresh.

At first it might feel like the end of the world but then the sun will start to come out and it will open up doors to opportunity and soon ope a new life...thats what I think
