Thoughts we've earned CANNOT be stolen. It is only one virtual ID which got lost ...by intention, or by accident. We can always make another start. So long as FRIENDS hold hands for the common cause of FRIENDSHIP and SHARING,..nothing else does matter - not even stalkers, nor trolls.

What is earned by climbing a mountain? What is earned by getting a really expensive car and driving it really fast? What is earned by invading another country and taking out its leader?.. Oh wait, oil in that case, but back to the others... Nothing. Its adrenalin and just because. I'm not a hacker, but I do know some, and have watched them at play. The ones I knew were educational hackers, wanting to further their own knowledge of computing and network security. They didn't take anything that didn't belong to them, they didn't leave anything either.

If you're really good at it, you can even have that be your resume, like with all the little script kiddies who write these little viruses, who do you think gets hired by the anti virus companies? (Kevin is a computer security expert now, making a lot of money)

If you're real and you're good, you know what not to do. Being obvious and getting busted for making a program that is harmful, or deleting someones information, or taking someones database of customer information and selling it, thats the kinds of things that will get you busted and thrown under the jail. You don't hear much about people getting out of jail who were hackers. Except for our good buddy Kevin. I think they only let him out because he was so well known... If he had been an average Joe, he would have never been heard from again.

As Sir Edmund Hillary (the first person to climb Mt Everest) once said, when asked why he wanted to climb the Worlds highest mountain, "Because it is there."
And that's 'bout as good a reason as this old Cowboy has ever found for doing -any- thing ☺
