The coefficient of static friction between Teflon and scrambled egs is about 0.04 . What is the smallest angle from horizontal that will cause the eggs to slide across the bottom of a Teflon-coated skillet??????

N=normal
k= coefft of friction

if you draw a diagram,

y-dir....perpendifular to teflon surface:
N=mg cos(theta)

x dir...
kN = mg sin(theta)

so, k mg cos(theta) = mg sin(theta)
=> k= tan(theta)......
theta= arctan (.004)
angle is in radians....

f=umgcos(A)
F=mgsin(A)
umgcos(A) =mgsin(A)
ucos(A)=sin(A)
A=arctan(u)
A=2.3 deg
