Sir,

You need first to have your business to be registered by the following offices and agencies:

DTI at your business district (single/partnership/corporation)
SEC articles of incorporation if for corporations
Bureau of Internal Revenue at your business district
National Telecommunications Commission (National Office)
Business Permit at your business district

After your business is registered by the following agencies of the goverment . we need these following documents to be accredited to the bureau of customs as a importer so that you can start importing.

1.Completely filled-out and notarized CAS applicaton form.
2.Processing fee of Php 1,000.00 for new applicant, Php 500.00 for renewal.
3.Mayors Permit
4.Bgy. Clearance
5.BIR/TIN Card/Certificate of Registration
6.Articles of Incorporation/Partnership
7.By-laws of Corporation
8.GIS
9.DTI Registration
10.Summary of Importation
11.Contract of Lease/TCT of office premises
12.Proof of billing
13.Community tax certificate
14. NTC License
