Do you think that the news would really let people know that this occurs? Do you think that people who created the "Patriot" act want you to know how it is being used against you?

Remember the border is WIDE OPEN! The patriot act has nothing to do with protecting anyone except protecting YOU from YOURSELF!

What is your opinion about hearing the police arresting people because of what they say? Remember there was NO profanity nor any reason given why they were arrested... they just were.

Smith...now I know why you only have 3%.

It has nothing to do if the site is acceptable by your standards or not. The PROOF is by the video which shows that what they were saying is true. The police never gave any reason why they were arresting people. They just did. There haven't been any press conferences because they don't want people to know the FACTS. This has happened time and time again.

How do you feel about the government feeling that they have to protect you from yourself?

Tommy...Protects me...from who? The people that they are gladly letting in here via the southern border? Try again, please. People are losing their rights bit by bit and it is people like you who are letting them.

Even YA is doing it. They did away with their message boards and created the YA where anyone can delete anything, just because they may not like what you say...so they are keeping that threat over you to control YOU and what you write. So, instead of hearing the truth and free speech, they control what you say.. Take for instance if you write the word "Wet Back" together it will be deleted..but the TRUTH of it is that in the 1950s there was a project called "Operation wet back", which is HISTORY, and THAT is a fact!

Facts are that in 5 years there will no longer be a USA because this government is creating the North American Union. Again, I ask, do you REALLY think that they want you to know what is going on until it is said and done? Look at the FACTS of what the SPP does and IS! Working groups are created to put forth the new government that is being formed. JUST LIKE THE EU. The EU is creating their Constitution as we speak.

Gives you a warm and fuzzy feeling huh?

You can see by how most people have responded to your question, that they are VERY close to being completely blind and hopeless... one can only hope that some indisputable video evidence comes to light that will bring some common sense their way..

it is so unfortunate that people continue to make excuses for this inexcusable government whom are presently occupying the throne of la casa branca... it's very frustrating to reason with the unreasonable...

now... to get to your question... I have known for many years that slowly Americans would lose each and every right which was written into your constitution... this video just proves the blatant removal of those rights... why did the police remain silent when the people whom were being arrested asked them "what they were being arrested for" it was quite obvious in the faces of some of those police officers that they were also uncomfortable with what they were doing... unfortunately.. they were carrying out orders.. and those orders run high ... if you know what I mean..

WAKE UP AMERICANS.. SPEAK UP AMERICANS.. AND STAND UP AMERICANS.. BEFORE IT IS YOUR DOOR THEY COME KNOCKING ON..

B.T.W.. PEOPLE THIS IS NOT THE ONLY VIDEO EVIDENCE OF SOMEONE BEING ARRESTED FOR CITING THE AMERICAN CONSTITUTION TOWARDS A POLICE OFFICER... IF YOU SHEEP DON'T THINK THIS IS A PROBLEM... THEN ALL I HAVE TO SAY TO YOU IS """"""GOOD LUCK""""""""

We're not losing our rights. Please read Tommy H's answer. I agree with him 100%. Times are not the same as they were 25 years ago. People forget that we lost American lives, not only on 9/11 but from Terrorists acts on land in foreign countries and on the sea (USS Cole as an example) for many years. What exactly would you like our government to do to protect us? If we stand idly by, and continue on the same path we will continue to get the same results, more terrorism. The American people have the same rights they always have, have you READ the patriot act? As far as the police is concerned, people can still say what they want in the country, however, we have to abide by the laws that have been existence for many many years in reference to protesting and otherwise. The YA is not a governent run entity. What YA does, as far as squelching what they think is "offending" in no way reflects your rights as an American. Those are YA policies, if you don't like being squelched, you need to leave YA. For the record, I don't agree with all the things YA decides to delete.

The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), passed in 1978 after revelations of domestic surveillance abuses during the Kennedy, Johnson and Nixon administrations, designated a secret court to approve warrants for domestic surveillance. Since 9/11, however, there's been criticism that FISA is not flexible enough to keep up with the terrorism threat. Some experts from FRONTLINE's report weigh in on the debate

i think whats more disturbing is how effective the propaganda that justifies these draconian measures by the government like the patriot act has been.

just look at these answers..."only those who have something to hide need fear the government"

since when did this country forget what the founding fathers knew - that ones own government has more opportunity, motive, and ability to destroy freedom than any foreign agency or power?

when did we cease being a nation that insists that the government have "just cause" for its actions against citizens and that searches, seizures, and arrests be "reasonable"? now we are a people that justify any government action by implying that anyone that opposes further fascist measures has something to hide and is in fact a criminal. this is not coincidence.

i recommend the book "American Fascists: the Christian Right and the War on America" to anyone interested in this deliberate change in American culture via propaganda in the age of terrorism.

Fedup, I admire your passion in trying to uncover the truth. If I may make a suggestion, please use that passion to constructively promote truth and independent thinking, and candidates such as Ron Paul by rallying support for him. I too, am fed-up with the way things are, and I have to keep reminding myself to use my passion to a constructive purpose - because all this passion if undirected can harm us. If you have seen "The Secret", you may remember that "what you resist, persists"..

Just a friendly reminder from a free-thinker like yourself. By the way, Ron Paul's Revolution is gaining momentum, and the idea will catch on - spreading through the free-thinking Americans like wild fire. Be the agent of change - change yourself first. The 'battlefield' has heavy odds against the free-thinkers, but we must push on, and let the idea of Liberty sink into the minds of people.

Just like in the Movie "The Matrix", we must wake up the people one by one until we reach a critical mass to shut the system down.

Perilous times are upon the world we live in ! People were told, after 9 / 11 that we should continue our lives as normal -- for to change a single thing about the way we lived -- meant that "the terrorists' had won" --- then, the government itself changed absolutely EVERYTHING about dang near everthing -- telling us that "you have to give up 'some' liberties in order to 'stay secure' " !! All the while they moved to literally take it ALL in the name of National Security !!

The Patriot Act was slammed past people through a barrage of "fear mongering" that had people screaming for the government to 'save them' from the 'great pending disasters of the terrorists' plans for us' !! It is the single most intrusive piece of legislation to ever been written ---- it sets a precedent SO anti- Constitution --- it would have NEVER been past, if there HADN'T been a major campaign of fear to provide the catylist FOR it !! But, only NOW are some people waking up to the reality of it all --- but, it is somewhat too late ---- for this document saves itself (by law) from any tampering !! Literally, making itself the judge AND jury in its own trial !! And, through it, we NOW have the outline and procedural guide FOR the "police state" that you've mentioned herein !! This one piece of legislated "coup" has literally made the Constitution nothing more than a piece of old parchment with value only as a object of museum curiosity !! And, it was accomplished in the name of National Security and in the full light of day while people watched and cheered it on from the sidelines as the Savior of our society !!

When the government fears and respects the people --- you have a democracy ---- when the people fear their government and are trampled BY it --- you have tyranny !!!

This group (Code Pink) claim they were simply exercising their free speech rights. What they were actually doing is disrupting the free speech rights of a pro-Iraq war group that had a permit for their gathering. They were there booing and chanting and otherwise drowning out the speakers at the pro-Iraq war rally. When asked to cease and move on as their actions were inciting, they refused to comply. That was the reason they were arrested. These people believe in free speech only when it reflects their views. Sorry, the whole thing is a propaganda setup that was staged for a gullible public who are too lazy to learn the facts.

I was in full support of the patriot act. I have nothing to hide and those that did had a better chance of being caught. I don't agree with the borders being wide open either. I beg you to come up with a solution though. A viable solution, because I can't. Anything I come up with is way to expensive and not perfect.
If the patriot act could keep one terrorist from killing another american, it would be worth it. Don't think thats what you wanted to hear, but thats my feelings.

we have been losing our rights for many years and it hasn't been until recently (last few years) that people are getting wiser and doing something about it. These people who posted this video along with many others who have posted videos and documentaries on the elite societies of this planet and their plans for us, these are the people who are giving many sleeping herds a chance.

people need to wake up and become vocal. We need to give the power back to the people. The bankers have had it in their hands for far too many years. It is time that it ends.

The Code Pink ladies and quietly are never to be found in any article except for far left diatribes like this apologist. The only fearmongering going on is by the enemy sympathist on the left screaming "Fascist, fascist" at any oppurtunity. The code pink ladies were arrested for causing a disturbance, not because of their rights were taken away. That's the truth, not the spin this guy sold you.
