Does getting a toned neck make a guy look better?

im big on necks for guys, and i wouldnt say "toned" is necessarily better. you kinda have to be born with a naturally nice neck, i guess...

If you mean an over sized neck, then NO. It doesn't. It just makes him look like he lifts weights.
Guys with small heads should not do this.
