One year 190 days. Some Christians mix the time of coming to rest on a mount with the time the family was allowed to debark.

After 150 days, the Ark came to rest on the mountains of Ararat. The waters continued to recede, and after about seventy more days the hilltops emerged. Noah sent out a raven which "went to and fro until the waters were dried up from the earth." Next, Noah sent a dove out, but it returned having found nowhere to land. After a further seven days, Noah again sent out the dove, and it returned with an olive leaf in its beak, and he knew that the waters had subsided. Noah waited seven days more and sent out the dove once more, and this time it did not return. Then he and his family and all the animals left the Ark. its 234 days..

Genesis 7:24
The waters flooded the earth for a hundred and fifty days.
Note:it is unclear for certain if this included the initial forty days and nights of rain. I think it doesn't. The total would then be 190 days.
