Obviously, get off the computer and as soon as you do, drink milk. It's got ingredients that calms you're nerves down. If that's not an option, daydream(in the dark) about something you like. 9 times out of 10 your mind will want to start dreaming.

take a warm bath snuggle down in ure clean cool sheets and just let all ure worries go, cuz they will be the n the morning, and sleep well.
good luck i know how it can be. esp now that i need a new box spring I would like some good sleep

My wife sometimes has that problem. She drinks a warm glass of milk and falls asleep in the recliner watching TV with two small dogs on her lap that act as small heating pads.

See a doctor who might subscribe xannax or a sleep medication for you. Not being able to sleep is mostly likely due to your waking hours of stress.

Its okay. try talking to your doctor and ask him if your body would be okay taking sleeping pills and what brand the doctor recomends. Good luck! And sweet dreams!
