i have bad abdomin and stomach pains, usually wen i wake up or before i go to bed..?

its deffinitly not my period, what else could it be?
it comes and goes alot, but wen it comes its umbarable, like it hurts to breathe or move

Some viruses can cause the kind of pains you are having as well but I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
